Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed.

During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Once your order has been prepared, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless complimentary shipping is offered as part of your order or a promotional event.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopsolepets.com. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@shopsolepets.com.

We'll work closely with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible because every companion deserves to receive their favorite place in perfect condition.
